Tank Trap - Music Video and Images

We recently produced a music video for an excellent local band called "Tank Trap". The video was shot on the Canon 5D MKII, using a variety of lenses, including an old preset 15 blade aperture, Pentcon 135mm f/2.8 which I picked up for well under £20 and Cosinon 50mm f/1.4 for £25!

Today, I spent several hours with the band members in my home studio, taking some images of them and had a great time. They are really easy going and funny guys. Here are some of the results from. Having had only 3 hours sleep last night, I'm too knackered to do any more processing tonight lol. All images were shot on the Nikon D90 with the 35-70mm f/2.8 but, predominantly with the 50mm f/1.8D

Music Video Here (make sure the HD is turned on!!)

Great stills, good music and even enjoyed the video (unusually as I find most stills 'togs can't hack it with video!)

Thanks, Garry! I'm pretty pleased with the results. I really struggled with the group shots though as I'm limited for space and the absence of a wide angle lens is a real nuisance. Think I'm going to have to bite the bullet and splash out on the Tokina 116. I could do with losing a few pounds off the belly anyway, which will be achieved through me not being able to afford to eat for the next month or so lol.

Cheers, Mark. I leave the videography to Scott, so that isn't my handy work, although I did make the acrylic covers for the stage lights, haha. I'm quite content to focus on shooting the stills for now. I might get into video further down the line but, I'm aiming to push the bar on my photography before I do anything else.

Will pass your comments on as well. Much appreciated!
