A couple of minor issues spotted that I've encountered early on:

Just tried to change my avatar, and my 80x80px, 8.5kb jpeg is flagged as an invalid file type.

Also, if the galleries are expanded the spill out of the bounds of the forum layout.

And I've noticed that when people are posting pound signs they aren't displaying correctly. Try using UTF-8, though it should be working fine with ISO-8859-1 so maybe a DB collation issue.

How about the automatic redirect from PhotoRadar? Right now there are two live forums with people posting in both.
