I think shooting into the sun has slightly underexposed the building and foreground. But I really like the colour tones and the building is interesting. I think the sun's rays was worth the underexposure though :-)

Thanks for the comment Karen.
The buildings were well under exposed until I processed it but I was trying to preserve the highlights and semi silhouete was the aim.
