Camera raw should already be part of elements 10 but if not then you can down load it from Adobe for free .

Try a test shot in raw then open elements and then see if it will open the image .

You may need to dowmload the lastest version of the camera Raw plug-in, as the brought version may be some months out of date. If you are using the product code to validate your downloaded version then you might not need to do so.

Cheers you guys - will try to shoot in raw and see what happens. I'm hoping to get out toshoot mist this morning, so will give it a try. Will set camera to take both type of shots, in case the raw doesn't open.

I take all my shots as Raw plus fine Jpeg.
