I couldn't agree more with Don.

I'm a subscriber at the moment, and I was one of the more regular forum users. I'm coming to the end of my DCM subscription and to be honest, I'm going to let it lapse. I also haven't been on here much for the last few weeks. I'm not doing this in outrage or protest - I simply don't feel that the magazine or (especially) the forum have done anything to keep me.

I think perhaps that the management should understand that there are real-world consequences of not engaging their customers. Perhaps I'm the only example of lost business. Or perhaps there are quite a few.

Either way, this forum had / has the potential to be an effective USP to the magazine. But it's one that's been missed so far.

I echo your sentiments Matt, I too have felt myself drift away. I must admit, I didn't think my thread would attract so much interest...but it must have touched a nerve.

I was a regular visitor to the forums, but now I am slowly getting further away.......
