Album Cover

So I'm currently scouting a location for an album cover for my band.

I was down near the Souter Lighthouse, Whitburn at the weekend and went through this gap in the cliff to the bay there.

So imagine 5 dudes posing with their instruments sort of left of centre.

(We do 60's, 70's and 80's covers)

When its cropped for the cd dimensions you will only have the one side of cliffs. This would be my dream job though shoot album covers!

What's the name of the album? What's the story behind the songs on the album? Presumably you'd want to tailor a shot to compliment that album, rather than just have a pretty background?

Thanks Chris, that would be great if you can let me know where - I'm not that familiar with that part of the world.

Its simpson street school, deptford, sunderland - not sure how to send a link from google maps. Its quite popular for media stuff. Will see if I can sort it and maybe send you something on FB.

Your photo above, I can see it looking fab with an old sofa, stuffing hanging out, an old guitar propped up against it, keyboard to the side of it, you guys lounging about. Like the aftermath of a beach party............

Great shot, but it reminds me immediately of good ole fashioned C&W songs, about cowboys driving their cattle thorugh the plains and mountain ranges.
