Photographer sued over wedding photos

But wait, this gets even better. Obviously this is in the US. The lawsuit was filed SIX years after the wedding and subsequent divorce! The lawsuit was filed by the groom and not only does he want his money back, he wants to recreate the wedding to be photographed again!

What a fabulous idea I think I will sue that bloke that took a school photo when I was 6 because he made my eyes look a little squiffy and I have lived with that emotional distress since in fact he can pay for all the cosmetic surgery to rereate my 6 year old youthful looks

Maybe after they originally got the photos there would be some grounds for a dispute which could be settled by a revised fee if there was a breach of contract but not 6 years!!
