Photoradar videos

I seem to be having problems with the videos, the screen appears and a circle keeps turning to indicate the video is loading but that's it nothing else happens.
Is there some other program I need on my computer to play the videos ?
I know some videos have to load the whole program before they start but even on short ones I have waited well past the time shown on the video but still get nowhere.
It's not essential for me to access these as most of the videos have appeared on disk with the magazine but it would still be handy to access them from the Photoradar site

Thanks

Using firefox & Windows XP

Hi duncan22,

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems, are you using an adblocker as this can sometimes prevent our videos from playing?

Can you also tell me which version of Firefox you're using so we can try and run some tests?

Thanks,

Amy

Thanks for your response.
I am using Firefox 3.5.4
I also have adblock plus on my computer, will check out if that is the problem.

Thanks

Hi duncan,

That's a slightly later version of Firefox than mine, which is displaying videos fine, can I just check before asking others whether or not this happens with all videos or if this a specific video you're trying to watch?

Thanks,

Amy

Odd as it sounds the videos are playing now.
I can only assume it must be some bug at my end.
Thank you for taking the time to reply.
