Not to keen with the blur on the boat , if it was a longer exposure it may of been more of an abstract shot but as it stands it's just a bit distracting .

Not sure if it's just an optical illusions or if you have a bit of barrel distortion .

Its a nice idea for a shot and it has a great sky but over all it doesn't quite work for me .

I really like the idea, but it looks like you've tried to capture it all in one image. I'd have suggested exposing for the boat, to get a nice sharp shot, then exposing for the water, and combining the two. Great effort though
