create a photo gallery in photoradar

I know this will seem a silly question, but anyway, how do I create a photo gallery in photoradar.
I have already opened an account, but when I look at the welcome box located top right, I can't find a link to upload my photographs.

you are logged in? at the top right under the search box you should see a box which says "Welcome Alan46", under that are 4 links:
Visit my photos page
Change my account settings
Upload a photo
Logout

If you can't see the 'upload a photo' link and are signed in then maybe they've disabled it for new users since they are closing it soon when they change the website.

can you get t it direct via: http://www.photoradar.com/photo/upload ?

It took me a while to find it because i was looking at the tabs across the top. (not the easiest of pages to navigate at first)
I am guessing he is logged in due to the fact he has been able to post.

Check out the announcement at the top of every forum. The galleries will be going away in their current form. So, make sure you have back ups!
