Add value - Signing the mount (bottom right, just below photo.iin pencil, like real artists) is one way to add value. Give the photo a title, write it in pencil on mount on bottom left, just below the photo). You could even offer to sign it 'To Mary best wishes, yourname' as a personalised service?
Do you sell them just mounted or framed? You can get great cheap frames from Matalan and (if you search) from some pound shops. Type a label for the back with title, your name, email and website...date taken, where, etc. I read got these tips from a new book, The Bigger Picture, a book I just got from Amazon for around a fiver. I did it, ask the local bar if I could hang a few signed framed prints (pound ship silver frames), offered them 10%, and sold my first one yesterday. Haven't had any luck online with this method but hey, early days. £25 sounds okay - any lower and maybe they get devalued in buyer's eyes?? I wonder if they would be perceived as of more value if the price were higher?

thanks for your relpy, i have stuck with the higherr price and arent doing to badly really, not selling a mass quantitiy but never expected to, but i can sell an A3 for £45 mounted and p+p etc, and people dont mind that at all, Might start to look at selling frames to if i can find some nice ones for the right price, Already sign my mounts, and have a small labewl on the back of the mount describing the picture and such things,
