Thanks Matt , yeah the building does look blown out, I probably need to burn it in a bit. It was a tricky exposure, underneath the bridge was dark, the other areas bathed in sunlight :-)

That was long time ago. I have to see my slides to remember more.
Downtown today is hot, street photography at unexpected conditions. This will pass. Usually at the news things are shown more dramatic.
Do you have photographs from Betws-Y-Coed? I would like to see some.
Bye. αR
I don't have any shots of the place sadly. I am glad things are better in Athens and not as bad as the news shows :-)

Cracking series of shots Karen. Works really well as B&W to show its grittiness.

Love the third one. The first two look as if they have been highly processed, especially the sky. Silver Efex Pro?

Thanks, KMR , yeah it was silver efex pro :-)

Hi Peter, we just walked in and took the left to a high floor and just took the lift down again, 5 floors at a time taking shots out of the side windows. I suppose just walk in as if you are meant to be there and don't look dodgy! :-) Oh and hide the camera away until you are there.

Great set of shots Karen. 3rd one is my favourite. I like the lines and curves. They work well in B&W.
