Perhaps does look over-processed but to me it almost has a 3D effect like it a lot.

I do a few HDRI shots myself and like the way you have processed this although I read it's not actually an HDRI. Nice effect and great tonal range. There are a couple of things I would look at though.

Looks like your horizon is way off. It is difficult to judge as the shot does not have a clean horizon to judge.

I'd also crop out the partial wheels on the left..
