Rough Sea

Really naff sky today but the sea was great. Big 10 foot waves and a half decent tide.

This was taken from the shore at Old Hartley.

St Mary's Lighthouse.

With you there with the sky today, always promised, never delivered. Great shot, shows why the lighthouse is there.

You have to look at this at full size fto appreciate it. The texture in the waves are very good Paul. I felt sea sick looking at it

I really like this shot, I love the angry sea and the central composition, I think the sky works well there is a hint of it but doesn't shout it's blown out in fact it draws more attention to the see and the light house for me.

This is a great shot, I really do love the waves, I find that I am drawn straight to the breakers. I agree with Wavemachine about the sky, it really helps show off the sea.
