Vertical Rainbow?

Took this shot of a vertical rainbow the other day. As I was standing on a peninsula consisting of a cliff and the rain shower was just in front of me, the rainbow that formed continued to curve below my ground level. I could almost touch it ...... Quite interesting ...

Vertical in the sense that it appears to be a rainbow turned 90 degrees illustrating the fact that a rainbow would in fact be a full circle if you could see it all, but is normally cut off by the horizon - in this case, the rainbow curves back inwards below the horizon
