Hi janbarber
A very good shot of what is a very familiar scene on this forum , it's got a great lead in line and a very good B & W conversion , very good exposure , lighting and detail . If you read in-between the lines I think you'll find that I quite like your image  Mark

Like this shot Ian (not jan!) - it's nice to see the path used as a lead-in and to see some water too!
I'd recommend checking out Jimmyosram, Darren Wilson and Neil Laing (forum members) - they're some stiff competition for St Marys shots! Nice one, and welcome to the forum
