Even a Nikonian knows this one. EF-S fits only crop-sensor Canons. EF does for all of them.

(unlike Nikon, where at least you can use the DX lenses on FX bodies.)

Now that I have the Sigma 10-20mm lens. I now want a good UV filter.

What is the best filter for a wide angle? (77mm)

I'd suggest Hoya Pro, they're reasonable prices and good quality
