Some people have found that clicking the link throws up an error 404 message, but copying and pasting seems to work a bit better! Another bizarre inconsistency in our competition system that we're trying to iron out...

odd they would get a 404. Being an IT guy my natural tendency is to try and troubleshoot this

I would suggest they try a different browser (Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari (it is available for Windows too) )

We've also found that a lot of people are typing the URL into their Google search box, rather than their URL box. Google doesn't cache our competition pages so it'll come up as 'unknown link' in there too. If anyone is having that problem, try the link in the URL box instead.

I had someone that did that all the time. They never used the address bar, did not know you could type right in there until they were told! They used search engines all the time.

Perhaps when typing it in, people were missing the 's' on https:// ? I would get that all the time with our webmail users at work.

Hi Me again - I have tried to enter the Subs Club Competition on page 20 of Issue 51 without success - can u please give me any advice or a link - just cannot find the competition to enter.

Me again - I thought i would try to upload an image to Subscriber of the Month but when I input the address it is not recognised and it is input correctly. Please can u advise? Would really like it if there was a link in PhotoRadar to carry out his procedure.
