Late delivery of Magazine

I'm of the impression subscribing to a magazine means you get it before it hits the shop shelf! for the second time to memory this year it has not arrived before the day its to hit the shelves,does anyone else in other parts of the country get the same problem?

There have been some recurrent distribution problems in the Midlands and north of the country for a while now.

We're not entirely sure if it is the actual distribution of the magazines or Royal Mail being a bit unreliable, but it is undergoing investigation! We sincerely apologise for the problem and hope to have it resolved soon!

Thank you for the reply Carly, I shant blame the Royal Mail as they only handle it to my door, whoever the publishers use as the ''main courier'' pass it over to the Royal Mail to deliver door to door, if my local sorting office informs me correctly the magazines are ''held'' until sufficent is collected to hand to the Royal Mail, if this is the case Future need to find a new delivery company or use the Royal Mail, which they do if you complain about not reciving your Mag.

Since Future made the last switch delivery has been generally horrible. I just received June and July this week, but part of that was due to Canada Post being on strike for two weeks. However before that delivery dates to Canada have been way behind what they used to be. Overseas mail from Future is always sent from Germany for some reason.
