I tried during 4 visits to get some cracking poppy photos and failed to manage it. Well done, this is a lovely photo, love the low angle and the striking colours.

Thanks Chris It wasnt a 'massive' field of poppies (i'm still hoping to come across that one!) so I decided to go for the low POV to get the contrasting blue sky. Just glad my camera's got LiveView or my head would have been on the ground

Very nice, im yet to get poppy shots, the nearest nown field is well over an hour away, Great shot and nice angle,

I hqve dodgy knees so getting down low is impossible. The guys on here suggested a camera with a screen that comes out and tilts etc so Im hoping I may get one for christmas.
