I'm not sure it's CA to be honest Cathus. I think it's ghosting from the HDR, as I didn't have my tripod with me that day

looks like purple fringing to me which suggests CA.

edit, just checked again & it's purple fringing on one side & blue fringing on the other, classic CA. Is it visible on the individual shots?

Isn't it more pronounced towards the edge of the lens hence it's not visible on the right hand side of the tree but more visible on the left towards the edge of the lens?

I'm sure you can sort it in Photoshop or whatever, whatever it is, would make a good image even better.

You were right Cathus, thanks. I've corrected the CA and used a slightly different HDR process, and am happier with the result overall. Thanks for the advice
