Bee on a flower

hi all i tried my hand at taking macro pictures of this bee although i didnt get many good ones this is the best of them all so would love to know what you think. good or bad as i am still learning the digital camera thingy lol.

Compositionally it is a bit too central, maybe try it in portrait mode and move it off to one side of the frame, I'm thinking rule of thirds. The flower is nicely in focus but the bee isn't and there looks like a little bit of motion blur too. Easy fix, faster shutter speed and a smaller aperture for greater depth of field but don't forget that will mean less light so patience will be everything. Well. Patience or a macro flash.

I really like the contrast of the colour of the flower and the bee. Could definetly do with being cropped.
