Could anyone tell me which version of Elements supports the raw files from a 5D mk 2, thanks.

No idea but you user name is going get you a lot of spam from web crawlers etc as it is not a good idea to show your full emial adress publically.

Elements version 6 will support this camera when you download the updated CameraRaw file. Posted link below.
