Great shot Dwayne, I like how you're not just doing a close crop on the deer, but being a bit more subtle

That said, I think there might be a bit too much tree in this, which detracys from the deer just a bit too much. I'd suggest cropping the left side of the image up to the centre of the tree, and see how that looks

Interesting processing - the problem for me here is that it is all seems a bit too processed - sorry

The composition I like, in fact with so much in the picture the composition is excellent, but the green on the bottom grass looks like it's been hi-lighted with one of those flourescent pens, and the eyes on the deer look like the button eyes on cuddley toys. Admittedley I have not looked at a large image - so it may be different full size.

I think if you could fix the green at the bottom, reduce the 'gold' in the grass round by the deer, and increase the red in the deer fur it would be a fantastic shot.

I agree with the points already raised.
That said, its a great shot, well composed. I also like the way the deer seem to be curious of your presence.
