How do you make a Viking look fierce?
From a visit to a Medieval Fair in Jarrow today.
I'm trying to make what was a normally balanced colour photo of this guy into a mean bad *ss type photo. This is what I have come up with, but (and I know it's not what you would have do do every day) how do you get a photo of a person to have attitude?

You could have the camera ready - good Apeture for DOF, high shutter speed to freeze the action, short focal length lens for getting in close, then just kick him in the nuts

You may like to try the "300" look..... I've seen a few around but, of course, can't find them now..... here's a tutorial that gets close..... basically the result would be a 'shiny sepia'.
