As should anyone. Generally, you shouldn't rely on post processing to achieve what you are capable of producing in camera. It's far better to learn how to get the best out of your camera equipment before the somewhat steep learning curve of higher end post processing software.

However, I love using photoshop and make use of the majority of its features assisted by the plentiful supply of free on line tutorials, this site (Photoradar) included.

I am looking forward to Future's recently announced soon to be published magazine specifically targeted for users of Photoshop.

An upgrade on the PP side would help you a lot I think as from what I have seen of your work it probably one of the things holding you back.

As I cant find the exif data what were your camera settings a shutter apperture and ISO etc on this shot.

Taking this handheld should not be too much of a problem as seems rather bright. It is matter of knowing your limits and the limits of any image stabilisation you are using. I would take several shots when pushing the bounds of camera shake in order to increase my chances of getting right.
This is presuming you know how hold the camera and yourself steady.

I have mastered the tripod sharp shot. And I promise to learn a PP tick a week. And thanks so much for your positive comments, it has made me feel more confident. Cheers, glad I put this photo on.
