Hi Guys

Thanks for all the great positive feedback, I am still learning but feel that I am starting to find my feet.

Taking in your advice and a few tweeks of my own, I have uploaded a new version.Any thoughts?

I see you've removed the vapour trails from the sky and increased the contrast to strenghten the colours. For me the area in the bottom right-hand corner is now too dark and I preferred the gentle blue hue in the sky of your other version too. What does everyone else think?

To be honest, we are all probably guilty of too much change sometimes.

The first was a cracker and I think if you just removed the vapour trails and those small elements on the right, it would have enhanced the photo.

The new ones seem to have a lot more green in them and as Ian says, the nice blue hue has gone.

Very true Alf, I have since revisited that location and have got photos that have a totally different light quality and feel.
