PSE 9 how to Save RAW to JPEG

Hi All

In my Elements 9, I am opening RAW files and when I have made the changes and opened up in the elements part then I want to save them, the only options are to Photoshop or TIFF files , I am not given JPEG is as an option to save it as.

Are my Elements Settings wrong? I thought I used to be able to finally save into JPEG before, but I have not used it recently, been too busy at adult classes learning how to take a good photo in the first place ! I think I might have just forgotten how to use elements!

In RAW, down at the bottom, do you have 8 bit or 16 bit? You need 8 bit for JPEG.

Thank you, I think that is the problem I changed it to 16 bit. I will change it to 8.
