nice shot mark, i always take at least one of these every time i go to the lake, have you ever set them on fire? i think itd make a great shot........

I'm not sure there is enough contrast/lightness difference between the main subject & the background to draw it away from the general content

its well shot but the above comment makes realise what was holding it back for me. I would clone out the cobewebs going down from the head of teh subject as they appear to be lines casued by processing PS on the smaller version IMO.

I like the overall theme, the way it feels mellow, like a day at the lake. I guess I would agree with Cathus, and might try burning the background in a little
