Nikon 17-55mm f2.8G AF-S ED
I am thinking about one of these lenses as I am going to invest in some kit for my fledgling business but it depends on wether I decide to go full frame or not. What do others on here think of it?
The impression I get is that it is a fine, well built lens with generally very good optics but not worthy of it's £1000+ asking price new, particularly as it is a DX format lens.
But how about if I could get a superb condition second hand one for £600 delivered?
If I carry on down the DX format route I am wondering if this lens is worth £600 of anybody's money.
