Having seen them both, I like the colours of the 2nd with the crop and jaunty angle of the first (it's the crop that makes the angle work really well).

Picture

The logo is too intrusive, if you really, really, feel the unnecessary need to apply one, why not place it in a smaller subdued font in a small narrow border where it does not catch the eye. Your picture is what you are displaying NOT your name.
