If we are keeping track, I am using Chrome on Mac, Linux and Windows.

I don`t think anyone at PR that can do anything about it is keeping track given how long these issues have been around. I still cannot play the videos on here having highlighted it more than a year ago with others who all seemed to be using IE8 / Kaspersky combination. Although when Kaspersky is switched off it still makes no diffreence. In time I found my own solution in that I can play them when using Firefox on my other computer.

Hi Paul,

We are listening, I'm not 100% sure if the getting logged out issue has been noted down, but I will add it to our system.

As for the videos not playing for you we have tried and tried to replicate the problem but have never been able to. The videos work fine on all of our machines here and at home. Other people who have had adblockers we've told to switch them off, they have, and they've worked. Unfortunately you seem to be in a very small minority of people who they don't work for, and really there's only so much we can investigate. I'm glad you have found a workaround now though!

Best wishes,

Amy

I do get randomly logged out, but always get the password accepted first time. I mainly use Opera 11. I can't log in on Firefox. I've no idea which version of IE I've got, can find an 'about' item anywhere. That seems to work OK though. I took Safari off of my machine - talk about a resource hog!

Chrome seems OK for logging on, although I still get logged out randomly.

Maybe rename the "Remember me" checkbox to "Remember me for a short while"

If it was a "remember to forget box" we would be ok, because that probably wouldn't work either. lol..

I think Paul's thrown the towel in.
