pictures not sharp

hello everyone

a while ago i posted a thread about my tamrom lense 18-270 pictures not being
very sharp and you all gave me some expert advice on how to take a better picture.
I have taken a couple more pictures and I would again like your honest opinion
on these two photographs and what i can do to make photographs like this any better.
Have i uploaded the pictures properley because i cannot open them, i hope you can see them.

regards ron moore

Just had a look Ron, to me its slightly noisy at iso 800 the wing feathers are in focus but the head is slightly out possibly with the depth of focus @ f5.6 You should always try to focus on the eyes with birds so everyone says, what do you do any Post processing with? to me it could do with a little sharpening. Couple of nice shots though I like the second one better I did borrow one to try sharpening but they are too small.
