I thought of a superb new feature yesterday.

You know how iphones (and other inferior devices ) change the orientation of the screen when they are turned around. This is old news on cameras, but I'd like to see the focal point shift to the corresponding setting in landscape/portrait mode.

e.g. when I'm shooting equestrian stuff in landscape mode I generally have the focal point 1 up and one to the left/right depending on what side I'm shooting from. If I want to take a quick portrait shot it would be good if it went to 1 up and 1 left/right using the new orientation of the camera.

Would be a gimic for most, but when you need to be quick shooting sports stuff it would be handy.

What I'd like, for want of a better description is a 'burst' mode. One press of the shutter gets you 3 (or better still a defined number) of high speed shots. You wouldn't believe the number of times I've set the camera to continuous to capture a high speed event, but forgotten to hold my finger down on the shutter
