Should I try to change exposure?

I took this just before dawn, trying to capture the fog. I was happily surprised by the look of the photo. Should anything be altered (exposure,in particular)? This is right from the camera.

What I really need is to find out how to show my photo here!!! Where can I get instructions???

In my opinion, yes you should. A simple levels adjustment and/or curves lifts it tremendously. It would be better for doing this if you have the RAW version of the image.

Hope this helps.

Cheers, Sie

Assuming you feel its rather grey (I do) at least one stop of exposure adjustment + and use the screen on your camera and histogram to see what the exposure is like. Look HERE for some tips on snow which is similiar.

A levels adjustemt will work on it as below I hope you dont mind
