The demolition

Changes taking place upon the landscape. These are shots from a demolition site I have gained access to. The sky was actually blue in some and changed colour in the vicinity as a result of dust etc... Its been really tiring as some days we were on there from 8:30am till 4 and even though I am reasonably fit I have found muscles aching I never thought existed from going up and down the blocks of flats all day :-)

This is the second block to be demolished

Converted this to black and white to emphasise the dust

The rubble of the first block to be demolished with the second block undergoing demolition in the background.

Karen you certainly have purpose in your photography and such diversity. Love the first one.The orange of the machine against the grey sky.

Agreed - the first shot is awesome, with the darkened sky, washed out colours and bright contrasting orange

Thanks for the feedback, Kev and Matt :-) I do think the top one is my favourite also for the same reasons you both said. Kev, I do like to think I have some sort of purpose because I truly do feel driven and am so passionate about photography. I am off to photograph lots of men in drag now <g> Might post the photos later on.
