I got these PT-04 C 3 x Dual Hot shoe Rx Radio Wireless Flash Trigger for my studio lights and they work extremely well, were the best value at the time and included the umbrella/tripod balljoints as well as running on AAs

Most seem to go for RF-602s but apparently the newer RF-603s will trigger camera or flash (and run on AAs)

it kills 2 birds so to speak as it can be used as a wireless flash trigger or a wireless remote shutter release

so far im quite happy with it
