Hi Phil,

When you resaved it as a jpeg, did you give it a new name or use the same one?

It might help if you save it as picture-1.jpg for example.

Hi Amy, Yes, I will give it a go, my real concern though is 'why having deleted a picture is it still there?'

You'll probably find it's not still there at all. You browser cache hanging on to it in your temp internet files. press Ctrl+F5 on your keyboard to refresh the content. Failing that change the name of the file.
