Hi Mark,

Thanks, I'm glad you found it helpful!

A second series is in the works now Actually, at the moment, I've decided to go back and edit the first video a bit... add a couple more images in the first 5 minutes or so, and cut out some of the useless droning-on about this and that. It takes a long time to render and upload, so it still might be a couple of days.

Then, I'm expecting to publish the second series in about 2 weeks.

Just thought that I'd mention that this video has now been edited down very slightly. There was a lot of dead time in the first 5 minutes or so, which I've removed, and I added in some visual elements during that time period, too.

Incidentally, I'd advise downloading the entire thing from Vimeo (there's an AVI icon under the video to the right) so that you can then skip through boring parts or stop watching and return to the same spot. Just a thought.

Video is still here: http://www.vimeo.com/19300095

(might still take a couple of minutes for Vimeo to compress it).

Hmm, that's odd... thanks for letting me know.

I'm now in the process of uploading the file again to my own server. People don't seem to be going crazy downloading this thing, so I'm sure I can handle hosting it

It will be 7-10 hours before the video is available, but it will be here: http://www.lightandmatter.org/video/...ditionXvid.avi

I'll post here when it's 100% uploaded, so don't bother starting to download it until then... the file will just be incomplete and corrupt.

Hi Kev,

I just tried the vimeo link, the youtube link, and the direct download from my server link, and they're all working as far as I can tell. I'm not sure what's causing your issue, but you might just need to try a different link. The one in the first post in this thread (to vimeo) is probably the easiest. If you can't get it working, message me on my blog; I don't check the other forums very frequently.
