Another Katie by Candlelight

This is another photo of my wife Katie with Candlelight, in this shot I was trying to make it more abstract than the other photo by getting closer and hiding one of her eyes. I think I prefer the first but still quite like something about this one, maybe just the subject

Super work John. I think that I would prefer the first one ( in your album) if the focus was a little sharper on her right eye. That said, I like the mood atmosphere and the crispness with minimal lighting you have achieved. I must do some more with my children before Summer comes and they are filling their evenings playing in the garden.

Thanks a lot Andy, yeah the focus was very shallow on purpose as I was trying to add impact

Great shot Andy. I love the low key lighting on your wifes face and the shadows that have consequently been formed. The composition is spot on, great work!
