Still no Gift !!!!!

In response to my last thread in regard to the free gifts offered.

I was in contact with Verity and she had originally told me via e-mail that i would recieve the Serif Software. When i had heard nothing for a month i e-mailed Verity again to check on the status. I was then told that the software was not available and was being offered a Manfrotto Monopod instead. Despite 2 x further e-mails to Verity in reply to this offer they have not been replied to.

This is the last try to resolve the matter as i cannot get any replies via e-mail

Sorry to hear you're still having problems getting hold of your subscriptions gift! As Verity only works part time, her work load is rather large at the moment so unfortunately your request may have slipped under the radar.

Worry not though - I've dropped her a quick e-mail today with a link to this thread, and she will undoubtedly chase it up for you by the end of the week.
