Just open your picture in the gallery, then right click on the magnifying symbol top right hand corner, select copy shortcut from the dropdown list, go back to the thread you wish to post in, click on the mountain icon, and in the box that appears, left click in the box and select paste from the dropdown list.

I've removed the threads that have no pictures in. There is a thread which gives you all the different methods of posting images here which also contains links to 2 different video tutorials as well.
