How do I

1) put a link to my gallery in my posts...
2)upload a photo to my posts such as if I would like other people to see it in the actual post for comments/critiques? When I try to use the insert image icon it asks for the URL of the image,where would I find this or is this for external pages

and why am I showing as a Junior member? is that to do with the number of posts I have made as it certainly can't be to do with age!
