E620 is now a Which? Best Buy

It's finally happened. Which?, the consumer group, has awarded the new Olympus E620 a coveted Best Buy. Is this a sign that this brand is fighting back after seemingly being out of favour for the past three or four years with Which?. At one time, Which? highly-rated every camera Olympus produced, but Canon and Nikon have moved the game on and left Olympus trailing behind in their collective wake. Until now that is, when the brand is finally showing some signs that it is closing the gap and is looking to push the boundaries itself.

I'm waiting to take delivery of this camera and as soon as I have taken some images with it I'l post them in my gallery for your inital thoughts.

Olympus produce many other good models besides the E620! Many photographers like them for their small size and light weight[I do} Will it close the gap on Canon and Nikon? I very much doubt if they ever will! In fact, they might get swallowed up by Panasonic sometime in the future. Enjoy your new camera.
