That's if more than 10 enter
Like it Jerry but also no poll in the last thread but one independent.

Something else that'll be a pain in the buttocks will be producing the summary post, that includes all the entries. If we're limited to 4 images per post (including smilies), then you can't assemble them all into a single post. However, we could use the entries thread as the poll thread as well - but that will require sentient creation of the thread in the first place.

Hmmmm....

Unhappy

Hello to everyone again.

I'd say get going but I don't even know how to post an image into a post yet. My settings tell me "You may not post attachments", so does that mean i can't? Perhaps i'm just being thick?

As to the poll, until it's sorted, why not just have replies with the picture number in (like has been happening on Flickr, not that i joined it but i have been looking in from time to time)?

Cheers, Sie

Hi all,

Could we give it a trial run whilst we are still on Flickr just to see if it would work?

I'm thinking post on Flickr and post here for a week, I guess we'd have to get the agreement of all/most of the entrants to give it a go.

Any thoughts??

Mike.

I just realised there is another stumbling block, I tried to put one of my pics from my gallery here into a post, and you are not allowed to do it. I had to post the image on Flickr then insert the image link to it.

So we have two problems

1. the poll is 10 or less
2. we cant use images we post in this gallery.

Can anyone from the team help us out here please, pretty please we want to get going again.

Bob

Just checking I thought you could post from your gallery

Thought so and if you wanted to over come the 10 rule will just have to have Regional or style catorgories as heats or some such. then a final of the best pics from each

That is why we asked for a copy image tag under each photo to make life easy. But we have had no reply

It’s not sounding very hopeful is it unless we get some input from the DCM team?

So why did they have to change to this, I thought the old site was fine
