And also....
If you built your filter system from screw-in filters you'd have to be seriously rich. If you don't have four or five lenses now you probably will one day.... all with different filter sizes. That adds up to a lot of expensive bits of glass.... ND Grads alone come in a range of around nine (different strengths, different grads), then you'd want non-Grad NDs (2 or 3), a rather expensive Polarizer for each lens. You could end up with, for four lenses, over 50 filters!

Well I hope I've done the right thing. I have ordered a Cokin Z pro Grad ND Kit after much deilberation about the cost of things.. It was such a good price I could not refuse it. Time will tell, it arrives in a couple of days and I am of to Lincolnshire to try it out!

What you may find with the wide angle lens is that you may get a little bit of distortion. If you make a transform - perspective adjustment, you should be able to lose any slight vignetting anyway.

Sorry about the confusion. Hopefully you use photoshop and if you select the whole image (ctl + a) then choose edit > transform > perspective then drag the corners out slightly.

Thank you. I use Photoshop Elements 3,old I know but it does me. I also use Capture NX. I will look and see if either have this facility. As you can probably tell I only use the easy functions!
