What is wrong with this site

So the figures at the bottom of the home page when I log on are not realistic? ie: 121 users (34 registered users and 87 guests). Forgive my silliness then, what constitutes the whole site?

there are no statistics on the www.photoradar.com website, the only ones I can find are on the forums pages.

Popularity seems like a poor excuse. Seems like all the same problems are apparent as they were on the DCMag site. Debating whether to bother with this place...

They're forum statistics only.

Popularity seems like a poor excuse.

It's not that unusual for peaks in traffic to causes a server to fall over. And like any other computer they occasionally drop connections, need reboots or maintenance carried out on them, all of which results in temporary bouts of inaccessibility.
