D60 fisheye

evening folks, my niece has just started an a level photography course and bought a nikon D60, ok i know its far from the best but its a bargain entry into dslr.. anyway she really wants a fisheye lens, but im not sure what to look for so thought id ask you guys. only thing is we want it as cheap as possible as i doubt itll get that much use.

ive seen £30 jobs on amazon and ebay that i believe screw onto the end of a norma llens, not sure if these are any good or if their suitable for her as shes only got the kit lens which i believe is 18-55?

thanks
steve

Nothing wrong with the D60, it is a fine camera.

Apart from paying £500 upwards, I think that the one that you have found on ebay is your only option unless you can get a 2nd hand Nikon or Sigma at a really knock down price which is doubtful and I would then be suspicious of the quality.

I don't know what the quality of the fisheye attachments that you have found are but the downside of them are that you are putting another layer of glass/resin/plastic in front of the lens which could degrade the optical quality.
