That's pretty rough then, as you either have hand shake giving you blurred photos or blurred vision by drinking too much Jack Daniels.

I know, tell me about it. Maybe I should quit photography and become a cocktail waiter. Unfortunately customers won't have the option of just "stirred".

Just to prove you don't need a macro lens to capture a Dragonfly shot. Used the Nikon 70-200mm F2.8 VR plus 1.4 Converter for this shot taken today.

Dragonflies are around until the first frost, as are butterflies and other bugs.

i must have lazy ones in my pond as i only tend to see them for a moth or so in the summer, maybe a little longer in the various ponds i ride through while on my mountain bike
