Unhappy Removing dusty/rain marks in photo

Hey, what is the best way to clean up this image. It has little dirty round specks caused by dried rainwater, or dirt, on the dark parts of the picture (on the bannisters) and I was wondering if there is an effective technique for removing these in photoshop (either elements or cs3/4/5).

heres the link to the image to see the marks for yourself: http://s830.photobucket.com/albums/z...G_0437test.jpg

Try the Healing Brush tool..... just 'dab' it over the area, covering the whole spot, stand back and admire your work. You've really got CS3, 4 and 5 and Elements and you haven't tried this?

Unhappy Not quite right

I just have elements 7 and cs5, it's just cs3/4/5 are all pretty similar aren't they. Anyway, back to topic, yeah I've tried healing brush, but then i tend to get a straight shade all over the pillars and they look un-natural

I looked at the image this time - and I don't see any marks. But if you see some (maybe your screen is brighter) very close to the edges of the columns, it would make the healing brush difficult to use. Maybe some really close-up cloning?

Talking sgggsoholb n

Trust me, there were, spots, compare the old picture with the finished: http://www.flickr.com/photos/bmorrisdavies/4944912588/

Anyway, I've fixed it now, using a combination on spot healing and cloning. Thanks for the spot healing tip, believe it or not, in my year and a half as a photographer I've never used that tool before.
